Shop by Style

A pear is the hardest of the elongated shapes to set well. The point is the vulnerable part, so it needs a V-prong or a bezel tip to protect it, and the curve on each side has to mirror the other or the stone looks askew on the finger. I build the setting around the tip first and work back from there.
