A 2 carat pear centre wearing a crown rather than a plain halo — marquise diamonds set point-outward between rounds, so the surround reads as points of a coronet instead of a ring of stones. The shank splits and carries pavé down both sides.

What you are getting

A 2.00ct pear cut Lab-Grown Diamond, VS1–VS2 clarity, G–H colour, IGI certified and supplied with its report. The crown halo and split shank carry marquise and round brilliant Lab-Grown Diamonds totalling roughly 0.3 to 0.5ct. Solid 14K white, yellow or rose gold, 2mm split shank.

Why the crown, not a halo

A standard halo sits as a continuous outline and makes the centre stone look bigger. A crown halo does something different — the marquise points break the outline, so the eye reads the shape of the centre stone rather than a blurred larger circle. At 2 carats you do not need borrowed size, so the surround is there for the silhouette instead.

Setting notes

The pear tip is the vulnerable part of this cut, and on a crown setting it sits at the narrow end where the marquise points converge. That junction takes the most care — the tip needs covering without the crown crowding the point and making the stone look blunt.
