Low Dome Princess Cut Solitaire Engagement Ring

A princess cut Lab-Grown Diamond, IGI certified, held at its four corners by V-prongs above a smooth 2mm low-dome band of 14K gold. A crisp square on a soft curve. Choose 1.5, 2, or 2.5 carats in yellow, white, or rose gold or platinum, made to your size at my bench in Woodside, Queens.

Maximum sparkle in a square

The princess cut is the brilliant-cut square. Underneath, it is faceted much like a round, so it throws bright, lively sparkle, but on top it has clean edges and sharp corners. At 2 carats it measures about 7mm across, and those corners make it read larger than its weight suggests.

Why a V-prong on every corner

The four points of a princess cut are its most exposed edges. Each one sits inside a V-shaped prong that covers the point completely, guarding it against knocks while leaving the sides of the stone open to light. It is the single most important detail on a princess ring, and I do not compromise on it.
