How big are the diamonds, and what quality are they?
Your band holds seven 2 millimeter round brilliant Lab-Grown Diamonds, about 0.03 carat each, for 0.21 carat total weight. They are D to F color and VS clarity or better, matched by hand so all seven face up the same bright white. Stones under one carat arrive uncertified; every diamond is checked under magnification before it is set.
What is an S-link setting, and will the diamonds stay put?
Each diamond sits in its own seat, held by prongs at top and bottom and wrapped on the sides by an S-shaped curve of gold. The curves lock into one another across the row, so every stone is braced by the metal around it instead of relying on prongs alone. The prongs are tipped and polished round at the bench so they will not catch on sweaters, hair or gloves.
How does it wear with an engagement ring?
Your band is 1.8 millimeters wide with a flat, clean shank and softened inside edges, so it sits low and slips next to an engagement ring without crowding it. The diamonds cover only the top of the band, which keeps it comfortable where your fingers press together and means your band can be resized later, something a full eternity band cannot do.
Which metal should you choose?
Yellow gold gives the warmest contrast against white diamonds and shows the S-curves most clearly. White gold is rhodium plated for a bright, cool finish that lets the row read as one line of light. Rose gold softens the whole band and flatters warm skin tones. Platinum is the heaviest, most naturally white option and never needs replating. Match your engagement ring, or mix metals on purpose.
