Product Description

Heart-Shaped Lab-Grown Diamond Halo Ring in Solid 14K Gold

A heart-shaped Lab-Grown Diamond, held in three prongs and wrapped in a halo of smaller Lab-Grown Diamonds that follows its outline all the way to the point. Diamond inside diamond, so the whole heart reads as one shape made entirely of light. It sits on a smooth 2.5mm band of solid 14K gold. Designed, cast, set and polished by hand in my Woodside, Queens workshop.

Why a heart-shaped diamond?

The heart is the most romantic diamond cut there is and one of the hardest to cut well, because both lobes and the point have to stay symmetrical for the shape to read clearly. Its faceting radiates from a central star, throwing white light and flashes of color from every angle. A heart diamond is the April birthstone and an unmistakable statement for a promise ring, an anniversary or a nontraditional engagement ring.

What does the diamond halo add?

The halo is a continuous border of round Lab-Grown Diamonds, each in its own beaded setting, tracing the heart from its two rounded lobes down to the point. Around a diamond center, a halo makes the heart look noticeably larger and sharpens its outline, so the shape reads clearly from across a room. It also protects the center's edges and delicate point from everyday knocks.

How wide is the band?

The band is 2.5 millimeters wide, a little under a tenth of an inch: substantial enough to carry the heart and halo securely and feel solid on the finger, slim enough to make the center look its biggest. At 2.5mm it pairs comfortably with a thin wedding band.

Is a Lab-Grown Diamond a real diamond?

Yes. A Lab-Grown Diamond is pure crystallized carbon with the same chemical composition, hardness and fire as a mined diamond, grown in a controlled lab instead of pulled from the ground. That is what makes a heart this bright and this clean possible at this price.

What quality are the diamonds?

Both the heart-shaped center and the halo are Lab-Grown Diamonds graded D–F color and VS clarity, so the whole top of the ring faces up crisp and white in yellow, white or rose gold. Because the diamonds are under one carat, they arrive uncertified.

Can I wear it every day?

Yes. Diamond is the hardest gemstone there is, rating 10 on the Mohs scale, and the center sits inside a protective halo with a prong guarding the point. Take it off for the gym and harsh cleaners, and clean it at home with warm water, mild dish soap and a soft toothbrush.

Is this a good promise ring or engagement ring?

It works as both. As a promise ring, it is a real diamond heart in real gold, built to last decades rather than a season. As an engagement ring, it suits anyone who wants something more personal than a round solitaire. It is also an April birthday gift, an anniversary gift or a Valentine's Day gift. Because it is made to order, it arrives new and made for the person wearing it.

Which gold color should I choose?

White gold makes the whole top of the ring look like solid diamond, the brightest and most modern option. Yellow gold frames the white heart in warm metal for a classic, vintage contrast. Rose gold softens it into a romantic glow. Every option is solid 14K gold all the way through, never plated.

Prefer a colored stone?

The same heart halo is made in three colored centers. For deep violet, see the heart-shaped amethyst halo ring. For classic red, the heart-shaped ruby halo ring. For soft pink, the pink tourmaline heart promise ring.

How is it made and when does it ship?

Nothing is pulled from a warehouse. Each ring is built to order: designed in CAD, cast in solid 14K gold, then set, finished and polished at my bench in Woodside, Queens, by me, Dimitrios Koukoulis. It ships in 7–10 business days, fully insured, in a jewelry pouch. Sizes 4 through 9 are listed; other sizes are available on request. Every piece carries a lifetime warranty on craftsmanship, complimentary resizing within 60 days of delivery, and a 14-day return window.

Frequently asked questions

Lifestyle & Daily Wear

Rings are jewelry you’ll wear often, sometimes every day. Consider how the design fits into your lifestyle — if you work with your hands, a durable metal and low-profile design may be the best choice.

Metal Choice

Each metal has unique qualities. Platinum offers unmatched durability, yellow gold is timeless, white gold gives a modern edge, and rose gold brings warmth and romance. Your choice should reflect both your style and how you plan to wear the ring.

Gemstone or No Gemstone

A plain gold band offers classic simplicity, while rings with diamonds or colored gemstones add sparkle and individuality. If choosing diamonds, pay attention to cut, clarity, color, and carat for the best balance of beauty and value.

Width & Comfort

Thicker rings carry more gold and tend to feel more substantial, but they also cost more. Slimmer bands are lighter, delicate, and perfect for stacking. Comfort-fit interiors can make a big difference for long-term wear.

Sizing

Your fingers naturally change size throughout the day depending on time, temperature, and hydration. For a proper fit, measure at different times of day. Eternity-style bands cannot be resized, so it’s important to confirm sizing before purchase.

Budget & Longevity

Rings are long-term investments, both financially and emotionally. Consider your budget, but also keep in mind that quality craftsmanship and durable materials will stand the test of time.
