Product description

Princess Cut Bezel Tennis Bracelet in Solid 14K Gold with Lab-Grown Diamonds

Square princess cut Lab-Grown Diamonds, each locked inside a crisp box of solid 14K gold, lined up edge to edge around the wrist. No prongs, no gaps, no soft curves: just clean right angles and a continuous wall of square sparkle. The most architectural tennis bracelet we make, set by hand in our Woodside, Queens workshop.

What is a princess cut tennis bracelet?

A princess cut is a square diamond with sharp corners and a brilliant, sparkling face. In a tennis bracelet, square stones sit flush against each other with almost no space between them, so instead of a row of separate dots, the bracelet reads as one unbroken band of diamond. It is the tennis bracelet with the most diamond coverage across its surface, and the boldest, most graphic outline.

Why choose a bezel setting for princess cut diamonds?

Because the corners of a princess cut are its most vulnerable points, and a bezel protects all four. Each diamond sits in its own square gold frame that wraps every edge and corner, so there is nothing exposed to chip and no prong to catch on sweaters or silk. The bezel also squares off each stone with a bright gold outline, giving the bracelet its sharp, tiled, almost Art Deco look.

How does it look on the wrist?

Like a strip of light tiles laid in gold. The square stones line up perfectly, so the bracelet reads as a solid, continuous band rather than a string of sparkles, and the gold frames add crisp lines between each diamond. It catches the eye from across the room and looks precise and expensive up close. Worn alone it is a statement; stacked next to a round tennis bracelet, the contrast between squares and circles makes both look better.

Princess cut or round: which tennis bracelet should I choose?

Round diamonds give a softer, more traditional line of sparkle with light flashing from each stone separately. Princess cuts give a bolder, more modern look, with flat square faces that sit tight together and show more diamond across the width of the bracelet. If you want classic, go round. If you want a tennis bracelet that looks architectural, contemporary, and unmistakably substantial, go princess.

Is it comfortable enough to wear every day?

Yes. With every stone fully bezel-set there are no prongs to snag, and the smooth gold frames slide over sleeves and desks without catching. Every link is hinged so the bracelet drapes and rolls with the wrist instead of sitting stiff, and it closes with a box clasp that clicks shut, backed by a safety latch on each side. The clasp and both latches all have to give way before the bracelet can open.

White gold or yellow gold?

In 14K white gold the square frames melt into the stones, and the bracelet reads as one icy, uninterrupted band of diamond. In 14K yellow gold each princess cut sits in a bright gold square, turning the bracelet into a bold grid of white light and warm metal. Both are solid 14K gold through every link and every bezel, never plated and never hollow.

What diamond quality is used?

Every stone is a princess cut Lab-Grown Diamond graded D to F in color and VS clarity or better: colorless, bright white, and eye-clean. Square stones set edge to edge are compared side by side across the whole bracelet, so a consistent D to F color keeps the band looking even from end to end. The bracelet carries 4 carats total weight on the 7-inch length; the 6-inch and 6.5-inch bracelets use the same stone size with proportionally fewer stones, so their total carat weight is slightly lower. Lab-Grown Diamonds are real diamonds, with the same carbon crystal, hardness and fire as mined diamonds. The individual stones are not lab-graded, so the bracelet arrives without an IGI report.

Which length should I choose: 6, 6.5, or 7 inches?

Measure the wrist just above the wrist bone with a soft tape or a strip of paper, then add about half an inch so the bracelet moves without sliding over the hand. A 5.5-inch wrist wears the 6-inch, a 6-inch wrist the 6.5-inch, and a 6.5-inch wrist the 7-inch. Need a longer length? Ask, and it will be built to measure.

How is it made, and how long does it take?

Every princess cut bezel tennis bracelet is made to order in Queens, NYC by Dimitrios Koukoulis, with no warehouse and no mass production. Setting square stones in square bezels is precise work: each frame is fitted to its diamond, the gold is pushed and burnished down evenly on all four sides with extra care at the corners, and every link is aligned so the stones sit perfectly flush before the clasp is fitted and tested. Production takes 10 to 15 business days, and the finished bracelet ships fully insured in a Black Pearl of Queens pouch. Standard lengths are covered by our 14-day return policy.

How it’s built

Anatomy of our bezel tennis bracelet

Matched diamonds

Every stone is sorted by hand for color and size, so the line reads as one even ribbon of light.

Full gold bezels

Each diamond is wrapped in its own rim of solid 14K gold — no prongs to snag, bend or wear thin.

Hinged links

Every bezel sits in its own hinged link, so the bracelet drapes and moves like fabric on the wrist.

Double-latch clasp

A box clasp locked by a safety latch on each side. Both must open before the bracelet can come off.

More bezel styles: all bezel tennis bracelets. Prefer maximum sparkle? See our prong-set tennis bracelets.

Two ways to wear it

Prong vs bezel tennis bracelets

We build tennis bracelets in both classic settings. Same matched Lab-Grown Diamonds, same solid 14K gold, same double-latch clasp — the difference is how each stone is held, and that changes the whole look.

Prong-set tennis bracelet

Slim gold prongs hold each diamond, leaving most of the stone open to light for maximum sparkle. We make them in four-prong, three-prong and two-prong — fewer prongs means less metal and more diamond.

Choose prong if: you want the most brilliance and the traditional look. Shop prong-set

Bezel-set tennis bracelet

Each diamond is wrapped in a full rim of solid 14K gold. The edge is smooth, so nothing snags on sweaters or hair, and the gold protects the edge of every stone. Each diamond sits in a bright circle of polished gold for a bolder, modern line.

Choose bezel if: you’ll wear it every day and want the most protective, snag-free setting. Shop bezel-set

Box clasp with double safety latches

The box clasp slides in and clicks shut, then a hinged safety latch on each side locks it closed. Both latches have to be released before the bracelet can open — so it stays on your wrist even if the box is knocked.

Lab-Grown Diamonds

Lab-Grown Diamonds are physically, chemically and optically the same as mined diamonds. That’s how a full line of matched stones in solid gold becomes attainable. Want to understand cut, color and clarity before you choose? Read our diamond guide.

One bracelet · your carat weight

2, 3 or 5 carat tennis bracelet? Choose your carat weight

Every tennis bracelet we make is offered in multiple total carat weights, and you pick yours when you order. Total carat weight is the combined weight of every diamond on the bracelet. On a fixed length, more carats means larger stones and fewer of them. Figures below are approximate for a 7″ bracelet with round diamonds.

Total carat weightApprox. stone sizeApprox. stonesHow it wears
1 ct1.7–1.8 mm55–60A fine, delicate line. Built for stacking and wearing every day.
2 ct2.2–2.4 mm45–50Sparkle you see from across the room, still light on the wrist.
3 ct2.7–2.9 mm40–45The statement size that still sits flat enough to wear daily.
5 ct3.3–3.5 mm35–38Bold, substantial, impossible to miss.

The carat weights available on each bracelet are listed in the selector on its page. Want a weight that isn’t listed? We’ll build it.

Tennis bracelet questions

Is a prong or bezel tennis bracelet better?

It depends on how you'll wear it. Prong settings leave more of each diamond open to light, so they give the most sparkle and the classic tennis bracelet look. Bezel settings wrap each diamond in gold, so they're smoother, won't snag on clothing and protect the edge of every stone, which makes them ideal for everyday wear. We build both, in the same carat weights.

What is the difference between 4-prong, 3-prong and 2-prong tennis bracelets?

It comes down to how many prongs hold each diamond. Four-prong is the classic and most secure, framing each stone in gold. Three-prong lets the stones sit closer and look rounder for a more continuous line. Two-prong uses the least metal, so the diamonds nearly touch and the bracelet reads as an almost unbroken ribbon of diamond. We make all three in solid 14K gold.

What is a bezel tennis bracelet?

A bezel tennis bracelet is a line of diamonds where each stone is wrapped in a full rim of metal instead of being held by prongs. Ours are bezel-set in solid 14K gold, which gives a smooth edge that won't snag and protects the edge of every diamond.

What is a prong-set tennis bracelet?

A prong-set tennis bracelet holds each diamond with small metal prongs. Because the prongs cover very little of the stone, more light enters each diamond, giving the brightest sparkle. We make them in four-prong, three-prong and two-prong styles. As with any prong setting, we recommend having the prongs checked by a jeweler about once a year.

How many carats should a tennis bracelet be?

It depends on the look you want. Around 1 carat total is a fine, delicate line for stacking. 2 to 3 carats is the balanced choice with sparkle you notice from across the room. 5 carats is a bold statement piece. Each of our bracelets is offered in multiple carat weights, so you choose yours when you order.

What is a tennis bracelet?

A tennis bracelet is a flexible bracelet made of a single continuous line of matched diamonds, each set in its own hinged link. The name dates to 1978, when Chris Evert lost her diamond line bracelet mid-match at the US Open and play stopped while she found it.

Are Lab-Grown Diamond tennis bracelets real diamonds?

Yes. Lab-Grown Diamonds are physically, chemically and optically the same as mined diamonds. The difference is origin: they are grown in a controlled environment rather than mined, which makes a full line of matched stones far more attainable.

How secure is the clasp?

Our tennis bracelets close with a box clasp locked by a hinged safety latch on each side. Both latches have to be opened before the bracelet can come off, so it stays on your wrist even if the box clasp is knocked.

What length tennis bracelet should I get?

Measure your wrist just below the wrist bone, then add about a quarter inch for a close fit or half an inch for a little movement, and choose the closest length. We offer 6, 6.5 and 7 inches. A tennis bracelet should sit close to the wrist rather than hang loose. If your wrist is larger than about 6.75 inches, contact the workshop and we will size it to you.

Can a tennis bracelet be resized?

Yes. Because a tennis bracelet is built from individual links, links can be added or removed to change the length. Contact the workshop and we will walk you through it.

How long does it take to make a tennis bracelet?

Every tennis bracelet is made to order and hand-set in our Woodside, Queens workshop. Production takes 10 to 15 business days, then your bracelet ships free and fully insured.

Can I design a custom tennis bracelet?

Yes. We can build to a specific setting, carat weight, stone shape, metal or length. Start on our custom design page or call or text 929-806-1502.
