One stone, held in a clean rim of solid gold. No side stones, no halo, nothing competing for attention — just a Natural Champagne Diamond and the warm metal that wraps it. The bezel does two things at once: it protects the full girdle of the stone, and it lets the champagne color read as color rather than as sparkle. Cut, set, and finished by hand in our Woodside, Queens workshop.
Champagne diamonds are natural stones that formed with trace elements and structural variations that carry them off colorless and into a range of warm golden and honey tones. No two are quite alike. The stone in this ring is a round brilliant chosen for a champagne tone that holds its warmth in daylight and turns amber under warm indoor light. It is a Natural Champagne Diamond — not lab-grown, not treated, not coated.
A bezel wraps the entire circumference of the stone in a continuous wall of gold. Nothing catches on a sweater, nothing bends out of alignment, and there are no prong tips to wear thin over a decade of daily wear. For anyone who works with their hands — and in a city where your ring meets a subway pole four times a day — it is the most practical setting we make. It also reads modern in a way prongs simply do not.
Solid 14K gold throughout, in yellow, white, or rose. Never plated, never filled. The band stays narrow so the bezel sits as the widest point of the ring, which is what gives a solitaire its proportion. Each ring is made to order in the size you give us. That is why there is no case of finished rings here — yours is cut for your hand and nobody else's.
A champagne center reads warmest against yellow gold and sharpest against white. Against rose, the stone and the metal meet somewhere in the middle and the whole ring turns amber. If you plan to wear a band alongside it, the flat profile of the bezel sits flush against a straight band with no gap — no contour band required.
Every piece is made in our Woodside workshop, by hand, one at a time. Every stone is set at the bench. Lifetime warranty on the workmanship.

Cognac and champagne diamonds are natural fancy color diamonds graded on the Argyle C1–C7 scale. The warm amber-brown color is formed over billions of years through geological pressure — not treatment, not enhancement, not a lab. Every stone is one of a kind. The color that takes billions of years to form is the color you wear every day.
Champagne diamonds (C1–C4) range from pale gold to deep honey. Cognac diamonds (C5–C7) are deeper amber-orange. Every stone is graded before setting. No two are the same shade.
Natural fancy color diamonds graded on the Argyle C1–C7 scale. The warm amber-brown color is formed over billions of years through geological pressure — not treatment, not a lab. Every stone is unique.
Every diamond in the Brownstone Collection is a natural diamond. The complex warm color comes from physical crystal structure that cannot be replicated in a lab.
You can measure your ring size using a ring sizer tool or by wrapping a thin strip of paper around your finger and measuring the circumference. Best measured in the evening when fingers are at their largest. Use our ring size guide for full instructions.
Ring prices vary because each size requires a different amount of precious metal. Larger sizes use more solid gold, which affects the price. All pricing is transparent at checkout.
