14K Gold Caduceus Medical Pendant Necklace
The caduceus — the winged staff entwined with twin serpents — is one of the most recognized symbols of medicine and healthcare, rendered here as a solid 14K gold pendant on an adjustable chain. The design
Every detail of the caduceus is sculpted in three dimensions — the layered feathers of the wings, the coil of each serpent, the central rod — so the symbol reads clearly from a distance and rewards a closer look. The fluted bail is generously sized for everyday wear, and the high-polish finish catches light from any angle.
The chain
The pendant arrives on a 16–18" cable chain with an adjustable clasp, so it can sit at the collarbone or drop slightly lower depending on how you wear it. One length suits most necklines, layered or worn on its own.
