Three Stones, One Point of Color
Three round Lab-Created Amethysts sit shoulder to shoulder in a low trefoil cluster, each stone prong-set by hand. The whole face measures roughly 4.6mm — small enough to disappear into a stack of everyday earrings, saturated enough that people register the color before they register the earring. Solid 14K gold throughout, in yellow, white or rose.
The Stones
Each earring carries three round-cut Lab-Created Amethysts — six across the pair, matched for tone so both lobes read identically. The color is a deep, even violet that holds its saturation under low indoor light rather than washing pale, which is where most purple stones give themselves away. Amethyst is the February birthstone, which makes this an easy answer when a birthday is coming and you want something that gets worn rather than admired once and put in a drawer.
The Metal and the Build
Solid 14K gold — never plated, never filled. The cluster sits low against the lobe on a straight 14K post with a butterfly push-back, so it holds through a workday and doesn't catch on a collar or a pillow. Every stone is individually prong-set rather than channel-set or glued, which means each one can be tightened or replaced years from now instead of the whole earring being disposable.
Made to Order in Queens
We hold no inventory. When your order comes in, this pair is cast, set and polished for you in our Woodside workshop — the three stones hand-arranged by eye until the cluster sits square and the faces catch light as one. Production runs five to seven business days before it ships insured in our signature box, and every piece we make carries a lifetime warranty on workmanship.
How to Wear Them
Worn alone they read as a considered, quiet lobe. Add a thin gold huggie or a small diamond stud in a second piercing and the violet becomes the anchor of the ear rather than the entire statement. The color warms against yellow gold and sharpens against white — worth deciding which mood you want before you order, since each pair is built to the metal you choose.
