A round brilliant Lab-Grown Diamond above a 1.5mm band set shoulder to shoulder with micro-pavé. The centre stone fires, the band fires, and the two run into each other so the ring reads as one continuous line of light rather than a stone on a shank.

What you are getting

A 0.33ct round brilliant Lab-Grown Diamond centre, VS clarity and F–G colour, with roughly 0.18ct of micro-pavé round brilliants along a 1.5mm band. About 0.51ct total. Solid 14K yellow, white or rose gold, or platinum. Stones under one carat are not sold with a lab report, so this arrives uncertified — I select the centre stone face-up at the bench instead.

What the pavé actually buys you

Not just sparkle. The band carries the eye outward from the centre stone instead of stopping at the prongs, so the ring occupies more of the finger visually than the centre stone alone would justify. At half a carat total across a slim shank, that is most of the effect.

The trade-off on a 1.5mm shank

Less metal means less resistance to bending, and a pavé shank has stone seats cut into what little metal there is. That is the honest cost of this look, and the reason I do not take these below 1.5mm.
