Our Story

In our Queens atelier, the Elyra was designed around a single observation: that the most interesting earrings are the ones that occupy unexpected proportions. The 8mm × 4mm format — taller than a stud, narrower than a drop — was chosen because it creates a silhouette that is immediately recognizable as something different from either category. The vertical two-stone configuration was chosen because it is the most efficient way to combine two different stones in a single earring: stacked vertically, the pear emerald and the round diamond read as a single composition rather than two separate elements. Named for the constellation Lyra — the lyre, the instrument of Apollo, the bringer of light — the Elyra is an earring that carries two kinds of light: the vivid green of the emerald and the white fire of the diamond.
