The charm

The caduceus motif is cast in solid 14K gold — wings, rod, and serpents fully detailed at a scale that works on the wrist without reading as costume. The charm sits centered on a fine cable link chain, suspended between two jump rings so it moves naturally with the hand. No enamel, no plating, no shortcuts — the detail comes entirely from the casting and finishing work done in our Queens workshop.

The chain

The metal

Available in solid 14K yellow gold, 14K white gold, and 14K rose gold. All three metals are nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. The yellow gold reads warmest against the detailed casting. The white gold gives the caduceus a surgical, precise quality. The rose gold softens it. All are solid throughout — no plating, no gold-fill.
