The Astra Frame — Our Signature Setting
Every piece in the Noir Astra Collection features our sculptural eight-point starburst astra frame — a crown-like setting hand-formed in solid 14K gold or platinum. The pointed crown top and individual bezel cups hold each pearl with architectural precision, creating a setting that's as much sculpture as it is jewelry.
This isn't a prong. It isn't a simple bezel. It's a frame designed to make the pearl the undisputed center of attention — while adding a structural drama that elevates the piece from beautiful to unforgettable.

Noir Astra Black Pearl Ring
The ring that started it all. A 5mm Tahitian black pearl, bezel-cupped inside our signature astra starburst crown, set on a comfort-fit round shank in solid 14K gold. Available in yellow, white, and rose gold, and platinum. Sized 4–9 with half sizes available.
This is a statement ring that works as a standalone piece or stacked alongside a diamond band. The kind of ring people ask about.
Noir Astra Black Pearl Stud Earrings
The most wearable piece in the collection. A single 5mm Tahitian black pearl in each ear, framed by the eight-point astra starburst, set on a straight post with butterfly push-back. Sold as a pair.
Understated enough for daily wear. Striking enough for a black-tie event. The rare earring that genuinely does both.
Noir Astra Trinity Black Pearl Pendant
Three Tahitian black pearls, vertically stacked in an elongated astra frame with a pointed crown top and base. Approximately 24mm × 12mm — substantial enough to command attention, refined enough to wear against a silk blouse or an open collar.
Comes on a delicate cable chain, 16" with a 2" extender, lobster claw closure. Adjustable to 18".
Why Tahitian Black Pearls
Tahitian pearls are the only pearls in the world that grow naturally dark. Cultivated in the black-lipped oyster (Pinctada margaritifera) in the lagoons of French Polynesia, they develop their signature deep charcoal color — with overtones ranging from peacock green to silver to aubergine — entirely without treatment or dye.
Each pearl is unique. The overtone you receive will be its own — a natural variation that makes every Noir Astra piece one of a kind.
